The last year has been a busy one for Whitehall Capital. Despite the market fluctuations in 2022, we grew by c.10% (net of fees), which is a testament to our Fund’s resilience and ability to perform even in the most difficult market environments. In addition, we expanded our team by 50% and added new capabilities to meet the changing needs of our clients — all while maintaining our core focus on quality and service.
As we continue to evolve, we’re excited about the future and look forward to continuing our mission to provide our clients with bespoke bridging loans that allow them to execute their investment objectives. Logo Refresh
We’re launching a new logo as part of our next phase of growth. The new logo is more streamlined and modern, but still pays homage to our history in the industry. And, of course, it still includes the familiar building icons that have been synonymous with Whitehall Capital for years.
The new logo is also consistent with the way you’ve come to know us — providing an easy-to-understand representation of what we do: bridging the gap between investors and real estate.
Fully Automated Loan Management System
Whitehall has always been at the forefront of innovation in real estate investing, and we’re not stopping now. We’re working on a fully automated loan management system that will further enhance our speed and flexibility.
The whole process will be more streamlined, resulting in quicker turnaround times and better service for everyone involved. We move fast and guarantee a response within 24 hours — although it’s usually even quicker than that.
Two New Funding Lines (And More On The Way!)
Being self-funded has been a huge benefit for us — it has allowed us to continue business as usual during the recent economic downturn as well as to respond quickly when opportunities arise. In our effort to provide our investors with the certainty of funding and even more security, we have added two new funding lines — and we’re in the process of getting more in the new year.
These funding lines are from highly regarded financial institutions and serve as an extra stamp of approval, as well as a guarantee that we’ll be able to meet our obligations. They also allow us to be more flexible in how we use our funds, enabling our dynamic, efficient approach.
