Benjamin Cuby serves as Director and CEO of Finsbury Trust, a leading provider of corporate, trust and fund services in Gibraltar.  Prior to joining Finsbury Trust, Mr. Cuby gained over a decade experience in investment banking at UBS and Credit Suisse in New York, London and Tel Aviv. During his time in investment banking, Mr. Cuby specialized in originating and executing cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions across a range of industries. Prior to this Mr. Cuby was a Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Division in London where he completed financial and business consultancy engagements specializing in strategic planning, business development and valuation.

Mr. Cuby received his BSc in Economics, specializing in Accounting & Finance, from the London School of Economics and his MBA specializing in Finance from Columbia Business School. Mr. Cuby is a licensed professional company director and an authorised Experienced Investor Fund Director in Gibraltar. He is a director of a number of private and publicly listed companies and investment funds. He also serves on the board of the Gibraltar Funds & Investments Association (GFIA), chairs GFIA’s Administrator Committee and is a member of GFIA’s Technical Committee.
